I said I tried asking for a refund the first day I used it. Update: Sharemouse did not even bother reading my review. I only used it so long because it is so damn expensive, and I wanted to get something out of it, but I should have dumped it a long time ago. Which is a weird response, who would do that? Why not give a proper trial (more than one hour), or support, or maybe provide refunds when a customer is not able to use it properly and you cannot fix it. They told me you should have restarted the trial a bunch of times to properly test it. They were very unprofessional, and I would not be surprised if they responded the same way below. I was met with no refunds "you should have read the fine print". It's software for sharing your mouse and keyboard between multiple computers on your desk. Another issue If you use your laptop at work or in an environment where it needs to be put on auto lock out. It did not break every time, but at least half the time I used a VPN. This will reverse the behavior, so the Fn key is required to issue F1, F2, etc., and the default function of these keys will. There is a reason why they give you a short trial, so you don't see how buggy it is. You can hold the Fn key while pressing these to evoke the special features, or go to the Keyboard system preferences, then to the keyboard tab, and uncheck the box to use the F1, F2, etc. I used this software for a year and hated it.
